Brothers and Sisters,
 
In light of the tragic accident last week do not, I repeat, do not remove any debris from travel or high-speed lanes without proper backup including a crash truck or State police.
 
No more will Teamsters allow one maintenance worker to retrieve debris from the roads. All Supervisors are to instruct maintenance personal that two people will be required for removal of debris.
